CREATE AN ACCOUNT
You can create an account to track orders and checkout quicker next time. To create an account, click on ‘sign-in or register’ in the main menu.

YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT
Once you have registered with our website you can control your settings, including password in your dashboard.

Once logged in, you can browse our shop and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’. You will be asked some payment and shipping details to complete the order.

When you receive an email confirming your order, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us until we have received full payment. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and therefore a contract between us, when we send a confirmation email that your order has been shipped.

PAYMENT TERMS
Orders need to be paid in full before we will ship. We accept credit card payments via Paypal. You can do a Direct Bank Transfer or also.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We use an external payment processor (Paypal) to process your order. This means that your credit card details are not stored by us and are only used by Paypal for that single transaction. You do not need a Paypal account to checkout.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Currently we ship to New Zealand and Australia. If you live in another country and would like to order product, please send us a message using our CONTACT FORM.

We ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Delivery time in New Zealand is 2-5 working days and 7 working days for Australia.

BACK ORDERS
We manufacture in small batches daily to ensure product freshness. However if an item is not in stock in time for shipping, we will send all other items and courier the outstanding item as soon as its made. This is usually within three days.

GST CHARGES
All orders are 15% GST inclusive.

We guarantee the quality and freshness of our products. All of our products come with a 24 day quality and freshness satisfaction guarantee. Simply return the product and tell us your concerns for the product to be replaced.
